How to use our Trip planer?

To insure our clients always enjoy great level of confidentiality and flexibility we have created Self trip planer tool. You can choose relevant services and add it to your trip planer. After you create your pre-planed list you will need to send it to us with your comments and additional requirements if any. Your request will be assigned to your trip manager who will contact you in order to discuss your needs and preferences. After you confirm the Trip planer list with the manager we will send you a PayPal invoice with detailed plan brake down of costs together with final sum. Please note: unlike many other companies offering similar service, our trip planer is the most secure and flexible way to make your journey hassle-free. All prices and service descriptions are on the website without any hidden costs. Knowing the cost you can add additional service at any time before or during your Romantic tour. Any money left from unused services will be refunded to you after you complete your journey (like if you bought 5 hours of interpreter and used only 3, you will be refunded the difference). You can pay the whole sum of the invoice in advance or you can pay part of it (usually 20%, and none refundable) and the rest of the invoice upon you arrival.

Information Search by Phone
Service cost:  $10.00 (First call is FREE)
Service description: Marrymeinternational.net is always here to provide any information about Ukraine by phone. You can find our Helpline phone number in the top left corner of any web-page. Please, do not hesitate to call us for FREE and ask any questions or express concerns. In case your question cannot be answered immediately (such as transport timetables, ticket availability and reservation, etc.) you will be asked to order the callback service, and our representative will call you back within hours with relevant information.

First-Day Assistance
Service cost:   $ 20.00 per our (5 hours required minimum. Interpreting service included)
Service description: Marrymeinternational.net will meet you at the airport (station) on the day of arrival and provide all the necessary assistance - transfer from the airport, signing into hotel or apartment, assistance with local currency, help with bank/ATM operations, making phone calls, doing shopping, etc. This person will also give you all the in-country transportation tickets purchased for you beforehand, if this was a part of the before-trip arrangements service.

Full-Time Interpreter and Guide
Full-Time Interpreter and Guide
Service cost::  $15.00 per hour (4 hours required minimum order)
Our interpreters are qualified British translators with Ukrainian background fluent in both English and Russian languages.
Your personal interpreter and guide will meet you from your plane (train, etc.) on the day of your arrival to become your full time assistant and to travel with you everywhere during the whole time of the trip. This person will also be working tightly with our service team, to take care for any changes in your itinerary.
Your personal assistant will help you with any type of translation during your trip including one to one introduction or social meeting with the ladies.

Distant Assistant
Service cost:  $40.00 per day ($45.00 if you choose GPS Navigation System with this package)
If you decided to make your journey on your own you can choose our Distant Assistant Service:

• Upon your arrival our representative will provide you with a Mobile Phone with a local number. (You can also use your own mobile phone if supported by Ukrainian Mobile Network operators). You will be then assigned to your Distant Assistant.
• The Service will become available from the moment of your arrival to the Ukraine. Our worker will stay in touch with you 24/7 by phone during the whole time of the trip. This person will check all reservations, negotiate with service providers, and take care of changes in your itinerary and keep all the arrangements on your way. This way, every moment of your trip, you will feel looked after and safe.
• If you wish we will provide you with portable GPS navigation system. The system fully loaded with the latest Local maps and road tips. (200$ deposit required. Fully refundable)

Transfers
Transfers: $0.60 per kilometer.
Our driver will pick you up at the airport, stations or any other place you stay and transfer you directly to the reserved place in a timely and safe manner. Of course you can use local taxi or public transport. However if you don’t speak local language the taxi drivers may overcharge you and your safety is never fully guaranteed.

Meeting and socials arrangement
Service cost: $5.00 per arrangement for your chosen ladies (interpreting service must be paid separately, 10 arrangements required minimum)
Well, you certainly haven't come all this way just to see the sightseeing and taste the food! The purpose of this trip is to find the one special person you wish to shear your life with. You can choose any lady from Marrymeinternational.net site or if you already know the contact details of the lady you would like to meet we will organize the social event for you. You can choose as many ladies as you want. You can meet the leady in our office (if you stay in Nikolaev City) or in private atmosphere of a restaurant, bar or a nightclub. We will invite the lady to this meeting and assist you with one-to-one introduction (the interpreting service costs will apply). You will be asked to send the ladies MarryMeInternational nick names or full contact details while filling in your journey order form.

Personal Matchmaking program
Service cost: $15.00 per match. (4 matches required minimum if you choose this service)
We recommend this service if you would like to take the full advantage of your Romantic journey. For those people who decided to take control over your future relationships we pleased to offer our special matchmaking service. Unlike other similar programs offered by different companies our privileged one-to-one introduction based on scientific Psychological research, complimented by Astrological compatibility prediction. This program is normally cost $499.00. However if you decide to make your journey with us we glad to offer you this service for only 15.00 per match. More about the program you can read here.
